Looking for advice on how to rank 1 sales page. I have no links but plenty of text. I'm working on keywords but not sure how else to help my page rank with Google.

    Sometimes there is no answer. You want to rank one page without links, etc. Very unlikely to happen.

    Usually, for a single sales page, a marketer would send paid traffic to it.

    Amount of text doesn't really matter. No links does though. You need to fix that if you want to rank.
