I don't find my website in google using keywords in google search console

Hello there,

This week, i noticed after i checked the keywords that i am ranking for in Google Search Console that my website is not displayed in the page results when i check with one of the keywords.

For example in my google search console, i found that i'm in the rank 5 with "weight loss" keyword, and after a use this keyword in google i don't find my website in google results in the rank 5.

And it is the same issue with all my keywords.

What do you think it means?

    Google search console show the result for website but it's not exact for every keyword. You just can check the relative results on this tool.

    It's called "personalized search".

    No two people will get the exact same search results, it will vary based on your pattern of behavior, prior visits, prior search history, geo location, device type, time of day, and other factors.

    You should also keep in mind that the results may vary due to your location and browsing history/cookies.

    To see realistic results you should google for a keyword from a clean browser (I, personally, don`t rely on any incognito mode). As all the results are highly localized nowadays, it`s even better to use a rank-checking tool that allows creating local SEs and checking the rankings as from any precise location (without any affect from your IP or search history).

    That is not the way the console works.
    What makes you think that only because you have a keyword in your website you rank 5th on Google's SERPs?

    Last time I checked there were about 292,000,000 results for weight loss.

    If I recall right weight loss is a pretty hard battled playground and you need apart form wicked content a few hundred backlinks, the better the quality of those the higher you might end up.

    I had these issues as well a while back, and found out it depends often on the location of the person, so there is not much to worry about. There are also tools to help you see where your keywords are actually ranked
