There are 2 ways you can get your backlinks found quickly...
1) Use an online URL pinger.. Just google "mass url pinger"
2) Create backlinks to the links you just created

#1 is probably the quickest, but #2 will give those links you just created a little bit of extra juice..

Step 1: Submit site to google or verify that page with google mobile friendly page checker: https://search.google.com/search-console/mobile-friendly
Step 2: Share them on social network as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. Or buy link indexers service.

I don't know anything about your backlinks. We should remember one think that without relevancy Google will not accept any backlinks. If you do like something else you can be affected by Penguin.
Google always like natural way.

• You can create some backlinks for this page where you have created.
• Share all backlinks on Google plus with # Tag.
• Submit G+ sharing the link to Google submit URL.

We should not create pressure to Google that you have to accept my backlink by any tools or Software.

Chances are, if you are having to coax search engines to index the pages your backlinks are on, they are pretty worthless links. Good pages on good sites get indexed without you having to do a thing.

You can submit your backlinks manually in google. For this you have to log in your gmail account and type google.com/addurl in google search box. Then put a request here for caching.
