Multiple pages for a "Top 15" post? Or one long page of content?

Hey All!

I recently worked ultra hard on a "Top 15" article and was wondering what you thought about this tactic.

Buzzfeed does top 10 (insert the blank here) all the time, and they make each number in the countdown its own break page. (Number 10 gets its own page, Number 9, Etc.)

Would you all in your many years of experience, suggest that I do this? I felt that since I went to "Top 15", 15 pages plus the intro might be way too many. But what do I know?

My current format is-

Long Intro
Page break
#15-11
Page break
#10-6
Page break
#5-1
Page break

So this leaves me currently with 4 pages to this article.

What is best for SEO?

I would post a link so you can observe what I've done, but I don't want to self promote! I want to earn keywords and make SEO AND user friendly content. That way it should hopefully collect some change for the next few years
