Google not indexing sitemap

I submitted a sitemap to google (http://wheredotheystand.org.uk/sitemap.php) with 3780 urls. Only the homepage was indexed. The other 3779 urls are controlled by one php file, each with different GET parameter values. I've written htaccess rewrites to prettify the urls. Each url is in this form: http://wheredotheystand.org.uk/t/parameter1/parameter2. Parameter2 is optional. It's also worth noting none of these urls can be found via internal links on this site. Can anyone see what might be causing google not to index these urls? Let me know if you need any more information.
