How useful is all in one seo pack install on blogger

i install all in one seo plugin on my blogger site, but i do not see any changes to my traffic, why?

    Because it does nothing but remind you where you should be using keywords.

    It does nothing else. It does not help you rank.

    You want to rank, do the actual SEO.

    There's the onpage, where a plugin might come in handy at checking that you used the keyword in your title... but the best of them is not that great.

    And, then, there's the site structure (look up Yukon and silo structures on this forum, or Google Silo structures for SEO). (Not the only way to go about it but a great way.)

    And, lastly, there's the back-linking... Look into the skyscraper technique, into any and all ways of getting other website owners to link to your site.
