Hosting packages are usually based on space(ie space required for your website files) and bandwidth(visitor usage). What space and bandwidth are included in your hosting package and what are your usage for these two - get the details from your Cpanel?

I would get away from GoDaddy. They are one of the worst hosts on the planet. Their service is garbage for hosting. They'll make sure you constantly run out of resources and have to keep upgrading to something more expensive.

godaddy is good for domains hosting not so much move to hostgator blue host or another reliable well known provider.

Its usually the number of files or the amount of ram they get you on...but even though they say unlimited bandwidth and storage, it rarely is unlimited and most hosts do kick off if you are absolutely hammering it....im looking for a new host at the mo if anyone has any suggestions??

Godaddy is shit when you are looking for hosting I would suggest to go for Namecheap or anyother but never godaddy.

I use Hosthead and have done for a long time. With numerous sites and domains, there hasn't been any major problems and anything that does go "wrong" is quickly fixed.

That sounds typical of GoDaddy; they advertise bogus 'unlimited' bandwidth and then cut off your service when they feel like it.

'Unmetered' bandwidth is pure marketing bait and in reality it just means 'uncertain visitor limits'. This obtuse phrasing allows GoDaddy to move the goal posts themselves and decide to throttle your website if their (overcrowded) servers are having too much of a hard time.

Budget hosting companies like GoDaddy, as well as massive corporations like the EIG-owned Bluehost and HostGator, typically use these tactics to gather customers and then limit their bandwidth even more than their CMS would actually allow.

When you're searching for a web host, always check whether they actually state their monthly bandwidth and disk space limits clearly (either as visitors or in Gb), or if they simply say 'Unmetered'.
Avoid the cheap hosts like GoDaddy; that company in particular is one of the absolute worst. not only is their hosting bad but they even sell your personal info!
This will depend on your requirements, but I would recommend independent hosting companies like WPX Hosting and SiteGround - they are far above the likes of GoDaddy, Bluehost, and HostGator.
Customer reviews will clue you in on persistent issues too and show you if a hosting provider's limits are too tight.

I was with godaddy. Either you need to buy extra bandwidth or upgrade the plan to VPS or wait till next month. For the same reason I had to move to different host Because my website was getting more traffic. Now I use WordPress hosting service from Scopehosts.com, has high configurations at very reasonable price.

I also had bad experience with godday they only wanting me to upgrade to another plan and the hosting its very bad
