My target keyword is in the domain exactly. "some product name review dot net" ... And I wrote a quality content. I created this blog 3 months ago, it's in top100, but it has no traffic how to rank it to the first page? Should I create backlinks with black hat ways? That doesn't sound too good.
#google #rank #website
  • 3 months back, most of the EMD website are lost their ranking completely. Google reduce the ranking for EMD domains. I too face this issue.

You can't rank well in SERP even though your content is quality.

Note: EMD domain with 5 years Domain age are not affected in this.

But my other free blogger, which is EMD, and review blog, it has only 600 words article and one page, and it has now 20 visitors for each day. What about it? It's on the first page of google.

This is so blatantly false, I do not know whether to laugh or cry. There is no "EMD Penalty" now and there has never been an "EMD Penalty". Five years ago, Google stopped giving the small boost it formerly gave to websites for having keywords in the domain name. Many sites were ranking high just because they had keywords in the domain name. When they stopped giving the boost, many sites which really did not belong as high as they were ranking, dropped in ranking to where they really belonged. That, is not a "penalty".

People should call it what it really was - "Google took away my EMD bonus".

As far as your question goes, "How can I rank my website in Google?", the short answer is, "you can't". Google does not rank websites, they rank individual web pages. You can rank individual web pages by optimizing each page for a keyword phrase and getting quality backlinks to it.

You should go with white hat SEO only. Then only your result will be standard otherwise it will get dropped by Google. Try to get quality backlinks by creating articles and blog comments.

    • Eventhough your links are quality and content are unique, If the domain name is EMD, We can't rank well in SERP.

I think EMD is not a matter. If you follow SEO rules means we will be in SERP.

You're not going to rank, unless you work on ranking it. You can have the greatest content, but no one is going to find it. Google just doesn't put up content on the first page from a site that has no known recognition. If you put your content on lets say huffington post, you'll see it rank pretty well within minutes/hours.

The only way you're going to rank well is if other sites point to your blog, but other sites won't point to your blog, if they don't know about your content, see the delimma?

So those who are on top, stay on top, if you want to get on top, then you need to take action into your own hands and make that content known by linking to it from other relevant and even non-relevant sources.

first.....create seo using pr backlinks from authority websites
authority websites are the ones that have been around for quite some time, they have good content on them...the search engines love good content..
so use your niche and google search for authority websites in your niche
after that use the signature strategy to create hi pr backlinks to your site

second.. properly optimize your targeted keyword for h1h2h3 tags

Start Web 2.0, Guest posting, and Socia Media Marketing to the white hat process so that you can easily rank your website in Google. Don't create backlinks with black hat ways because it's spam in Google rules & terms.

Use your niche do a google search for authority sites within your niche
    then
use the signature strategy to create hi authority backlinks to your site

  • You Should focus on On Page & Off Page activities.

Choose Your Target Keywords for your Blog Page Title and Keep best Meta Description for that Blog Page.

The URL should be a SEO & User friendly and mentioned the target keyword in the URL.
