Sometimes Google will change the title if it feels that the new title will be more relevant to the search. Hope that helps!

Google frequently changes title tags and meta description tags, grabbing seemingly random words off your page, if they think those words match the searcher's query better and/or if your title tag is not performing as well as they would expect for its search position for any given query.
