My websites Disappears When I generate some Backlinks

I have many websites .... But This one is behaving very weird...
This website Disappears When I generate some backlinks(not more than 2) .. and come back after some days when i stop backlinking. and then Rank starts falling ... I generate some backlinks again to stable its rank and AGAIN website Disappears...

That's What is Happening ...
What shall I do ??

    Your backlinks should be combination of both dofollow and nofollow, otherwise Google will sense something iffy about it. Also, if your website does not really generate high quality content do not get much .edu backlinks.

      Yes that's right actually. And you have to keep track of the backlinks you are creating for your website. Those sites should be having good domain authority & page authority.

    First check the websites IPs. Before creating back links, you should check the IP address of that websites. Ip should be unique for every website. There are a lots of spam sires running under same IP. May be this can also affect your site.

    You have to keep track of the backlinks you are creating for your website. Those sites should be having good domain authority & page authority.

      there are tools on the web. they calculate domain & page authority.. What if a website scores 30 .. is it a website with Good domain authority & page authority? or what shall be the percentage of such website out of 100?
