Blog post not appearing in Google

Hi fellow warriors, a few days ago I published a 7000+ words review post that from the moment that it got published was ranking 27th in google. For some reason from the 2nd or 3rd day is not even listed in google (I put the url in google and it's not there), do you have any idea why is that?

Some notes: I used the easyAzon plugin for the amazon links and it's a mess since links instead of leading to the product pages they lead to search pages or even 404. Additionally I haven't done any kind of link building yet, the only link is from a job post I published regarding something that I want to add in the page...

  • Try to promote your blog post, find backlinks (high quality one) and you can use "fetch as Google" from Google Webmaster to re-index your blog post
  • You were seeing personalized search results. It was never really ranking that high.

    • When someone starts out, "So I wrote a 7,000 word blah blah blah....," you know you are in for a treat!

      Try again. This time do a an 8,000+ word post and it should leap frog to the top.
