Hi, I am facing a problem. I do search engine optimization. My client gives me the server link but I can not get access to it. The link is as follows:
[hostname:
s50-63-14-50.secureserver.net
username(*********)
server IP:
50.63.14.50
Password: **********
Here a copy of my Terminal Window:
~ Guest$ ssh root@50.63.14.50
The authenticity of host '50.63.14.50 (50.63.14.50)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is 1a:0d:30:fa:3a:23:bc:12:23:e6: ed:6d:a2:43:71:67.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes
Warning: Permanently added '50.63.14.50' (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
root@50.63.14.50's password:
Welcome to Ubuntu 15.10 (GNU/Linux 4.2.0-042stab111.11 x86_64)]
My client can connect to the server using the above credentials. But every time I use the (s50-63-14-50.secureserver.net), It says "the site can not be reached". So I am a bit of a puzzle.
Is there anyone who can help me to connect Ubuntu Linux server using my windows seven operating system, please.
