I have a blog that I update daily. Two and a half years old. Until recently, it was a PR3. It was at PR3 for at least a year and a half, maybe longer. I have a website that is a PR3. I think it may have been a PR4 (maybe even a PR5) at one time. But, it's PR3 right now, and been there for a while. The PR3 website has not been updated in five years.

As I've mentioned and seen mentioned before, PageRank has no correlation with traffic.
I just see it this way... On one site, I spend a lot of time with daily updates and end up with a PR3. Another site (which was never updated on a daily basis) just sits there for five years and has a PR3.
Or could it be that the older site with a long-lasting PR3 rank is actually viewed as a better site than a frequently updated site that has the same ranking but for less time?
Or, is PageRank just completely useless? Is it no different from an Alexa ranking?
