SEO for Wordpress website

Hello all,

I have tried all organic SEO methods to increase traffic and SERP for my website, its been 3 months and there is no improvement for the main keywords like "website template".

Kindly give me some ideas to pick up in Google ranking.

    Hi You Need to Add more long tail keywords which are more specific becoz the keyword you are targeting is very competitive.. for example
    Best Website Template 2017
    Top 10 Website Template for wordpress site

    Like these keywords....and most important keep your content releated to website niche..and do proper on page seo of it...Once on page gets done then start with proper off page seo....Hope this helps

    You are have just started. But SEO works slowly. You have to wait and see.
    Here keywords research is a big issue. You must do keywords research before writing.
    As a beginner, you should select low competitive, long tail keywords.
    Website Template is high competitive keywords. Many high authority sites have already ranked for these keywords.
    So you should use these keywords. You can add something with these keywords. Such as Best website template, Top website template 2017 and more.
    The backlink is also crucial. Create high authority backlink.

    Regularly publishing valuable content and sharing it as much as possible can help you generate backlinks, which are still essential for improving rankings.

    However, it's always important to remember your ultimate goal. Are you selling website templates? If so, there are plenty of other marketing methods that can help you get sales without getting bogged down in SEO and trying to improve your site's ranking.

    I figure I might as well put in my .02 cents here. You have to look at your backlink profile. Links still mater a TON and if your site isn't getting backlinks you need to get the word out there.

    Please understand that links do matter and you should look in this area if and only if you have your on-page seo and your content figured out and optimized to the fullest. If its a local site be sure to get some citations as well.

    If you're using Wordpress, I would suggest you install plugin Yoast, this will help you much in Onpage SEO and optimization the content.

      No, it won't help you much. It will tell you you didn't use the keyword in places it should be used. It has no clue about related keywords. So, if you're new, it will help a bit, not much. If you're not new to SEO, it will do nothing useful.
