Before Fred Update i was getting google traffic from search engine but after Fred update i am not getting good traffic any one can suggest me how can i recover my traffic.

    When I copy large portions of your text and do a search for it, there are several sites using the same exact text. Also, some pages (like your software-development page) repeat the same text (the 3rd and 4th paragraph are identical to the 1st and 2nd paragraph).

    Your backlink profile is non-existent. It consists almost entirely of footer links with your company link in it for what I assume are client sites. These are not going to help you rank at all and probably should be nofollow links. They likely are not hurting you, either, because they are all branded links but when you eliminate those as non-counted links, you really don't have any backlinks.
