Any ideas for getting quality backlinks?

Hi
I just worked for the example.com domain. For that i get 1620 back links but the back links are set to be 0's and 1's only. Is there any reason behind this. And I am posting article in Medium, behance, In that they didn't show their rankings. Is there any change i have to do?

    There are different ways to get high-quality backlinks. It is really easy to get the low-quality backlink but it is not helpful. The number of backlink is important but the quality and the backlink sources are the most important issues.
    You need high-quality backlinks.
    You can do blog commenting, guest posting, forums and Q&A sites posting, document sharing, and more.

      Try building links through guest blogging or create a PBN and link back to your main site.

      Care to explain what makes then quality links? They are the exact sort of links that Google's penguin algoirthm tries to penalize for!!

    Search for Dofollow High PR <directory submission sites> without brackets in Google.

    Replace the contents in the brackets with Classified Sites, Video Submission Sites, Image Submission Sites, Press release sites, Social Bookmarking Sites, Forums, Blogs, Article Submission Sites. People have already done the research and have made it available online.

    I think you need to wait some weeks or even some months to see the update. If you've just done shortly you can not see right away.
