Anyone working with a white-label SEO Company?

Hubshout, SEOReseller and PosiRank seem to be the top names in white-label solutions for SEO work. I have decided to use this option of outsourcing instead of hiring a freelancer for certain reasons on getting my agency off the ground. Later down the road, after I have a few clients, I will hire an SEO Expert for more control on the work.
Does anyone use any of these 3 or a reputable one?
The big question lingering in my mind going forward is if the work they put out in these popular companies are decent? I know the work they put out is different for each but the reviews I see on these types of white-label companies are misleading and one sided.
I know there are always better options but with my specific situation I would like to know how other people's experiences have went when going this route.
