Dedicated link builder - how many links per month?

We are looking to outsource our SEO, but take on an in-house link builder to ensure a natural flow of organic links.

We are B2B and write stories connected to start ups, general business, employee satisfaction, surveys etc. and of course want to broken link build, get mentions etc etc.
I want to put the person in charge of the content too, so it really is up to them what they put out..

This is a tough, tough question and very hypothetical as you don't know the website or the quality of content we produce, but I want to ask - if you had someone building links full time, how many links (excluding directories) would you expect from them as a minimum for a full working month?.

    It depends on what kind of link you are going to ask from the link builder. If its Real guest post I would ask him to hit atleast 10-15 links a month.

    Well link building should be done daily and religiously.
    in order to check links of your competitors you can check them through many free online tools.

    I have found many do follow links for the topic adware removal tool from the site how to remove it

    I am not clear about how many links should made in a month, because after doing lot of hard work for whole month you are not certain that which link will remain on the site or which will be moderated :-(

    After much hard work many of the links are deleted by those sites. But this is where the challenge begins, you can do forum posting, commenting, guest blogging, guest book posting and much more.

    It depends on the competition of keywords. A SEOer can build one quality backlinks per day.
