I want to know if I change meta for any particular page of my website, will it have a negative effect on my rankings? Because whenever I change my metas my ranking goes down every time.

If the meta data is changed that means google will have to recrawl and set a new position for you. So that would directly mean that you will fall down from the spot you are currently on.

I think it's the meta Title that has bigger impact compared to other metas. For example, I have my main keyword in meta title for my homepage, then I suddenly change the meta title to Welcome to My Site, or maybe Home | websitename. Then it would likely go down in serp for your target keyword (previous meta title). But if you change metas and still keywords or closely related keywords are still there, it won't have much effect. I mostly change meta titles for CTR purposes, but keeping the keywords intact. Also avoid overoptimization for your keywords, I am seeing that google is more stricter than before when it comes to overoptimized onpage seo.

You said that when you use the keyword in your METAS then google doesn't a negative impact on your ranking. if you remove keyword on your metas it provides positive impact. but in my case, I just change my description and title I don't remove my keyword. My keyword on my metas, but it gives me a negative result. when I search that keyword on google they show me another page of my website in low serp.

for eg . (mobile application development company). when I search this keyword on google. its show me my contact us page. But before a few days, means, they show me my home page (apptunix.com) after metas change they show me contact us page for my website.
