Always maintain a ratio in which you DF links will be more as compared to NF links.

Why don't you ask the SEO company in Delhi that you link to in your signature? If they are providing SEO, they should no the answer.

To be honest this is one of the most stupid questions I have ever seen. My advice would be to concentrate more on the quality of the links rather than their quantity.

There is no comparison: with dofollow you will get google juice and traffic ( 2 factors). But with nofollow you will get only traffic ( 1 factor)
