How to fetch a page in google webmaster?

hello guys..
I am trying to fetch a page in google webmaster.after that status is get unavailable to reach .so what to do? shall i delete that fetch link? i don't know how to delete a Fetch link?please help me..

    If you fetch a a -page on google webmaster, so its simple. Login on your webmaster account.
    Go to Dashboard and then click on crawl option a drop down box show and then click on fetch as fetch as google. you show the url box and then enter the url of your page and fetch it two times, first for desktop and another is mobile.

    2.> Click crawl and select Fetch as Google.
    3.> In the text box, enter the URL of your website.
