I have a pre pay adwords account and my last campaign ended and I still had over $100 on my account. Today I logged in to start another campaign and my balance is 10 cents. What happened to the money I had left? I submitted a ticket to Google but does anyone know if there is a fee or something if you let your campaign end? Also I don't see the transaction for the pre payment I made,only the $5 activation fee.

Google is acting like I'm starting a whole new account.

    The best thing you could do is you try to contact google for that matter, I'm sure they have a costumer service number or office.
    always remember that nothing is free nowadays.

    Did you do some tracking? The stats with google sometimes are not accurate. Check with google if that's the case.
