Hello,

If my website (property) was removed from google analytics, then how can we restore all my old data and set up?

Thanks.

  • You can add a site back to Google Analytics, but you cannot recover the lost data.
  • Yeah you cannot recover the deleted data, Maybe you can try contacting google to see if they can help you other than I do not think any other options.

    • The O.P. is not asking about recovering a website. They are asking about recovering Google Analytics data for a website. The Wayback Machine isn't going to give you that!
  • No it is not possible to recover your data on Google analytics.
  • You can again set up Google accounts for your website. But you cannot recover the lost data
  • You don't give many details and may be using specific terms incorrectly.

If your property was removed completely as you seem to suggest this probably won't work. If what you really mean is there was a catastrophic loss of data that can happen for a number of reasons this may help.

You can restore all your data (sometimes - it's not perfect but worth a try)

Property Account > click ADMIN > click Trash Can > click RESTORE

I don't know if it is still the case but lost/trashed data used to be saved for only 35 days.
