    Depending on what's on the site at the time I determined a new keyword is what the doctor ordered.

If you have more KW phrases than pages, yes, you then need to create pages for them.

    Hi KulaShaker

    To target keywords to your site, you have to use the Google Keyword Tool, and you'll have to use other lesser known tools to find keyword value targeting. If your website is for a while, you can also use the Search Query Report in Google Search Console to see how Google understands your web pages.

    To add a new page, click EditText at the bottom of any existing page. At one place you want to link to your new page, type the name of the new page and click on Save On the thank you page, click on the name of the current page (refresh if you have trouble finding a fresh page in your browser so).
