Question on Brand Name Keywords!

Hi,

I have found a niche that I am really interested in doing it. However, after doing few hours of research on keywords, I only can find one or two good keywords that can use for my "main keywords" for my Adsense Site. However, 1 keyword is more general but it seems there are not much advertisement for that keyword. The second keyword that is good with good advertisers but it is actually a brand name keywords.

Therefore, I just want to ask if it is ok to use the "Brand Keywords" as for my main keyword for the site or I should keep on searching other keywords or even change the niche? I afraid it might be difficult to build around a Brand Name keywords also it has the authority website already!

    The real question is whether the terms part of the keyword are trademarked.

    If they are, I personally wouldn't use them in the domain name itself.

    However, besides that, it should be okay to use the terms on your website, just make sure to put the standard legalese of "these terms are the trademark of their holder...".

    If you are an affiliate of that company then ask them if it is ok to use it for your promotion and if not then apply as an affiliate or else don't use it.

    That brand didn't have affiliate program for now, and I guess I should move on and try other ones!!
