I don't know what to do next!

I've been doing SEO for some time, but only in local SEO. Today I got a new project, with language different language I use everyday. I optimized the content of the page, then tried to build some blog 2.0. Now I search backlinks from other related websites but I have not found any method to have a good backlink. When work is not well, I'm really depressed.
I do not know what I need to do to do a good job.
I need a true advice.

    Social Media Submissions of High DA Blogs
