What to do if a competitor is outranking you with by using a PBN?

What can you do if a competitor is outranking your site by using a PBN, where as your site has a white hat natural link profile.

I dont want to have to use a PBN myself, but at the same time i could be losing out becuase they are breaking the rules.

    Options are...

    1) report them and hopefully they'll get deindexed
    2) continue whitehat and outscale them
    3) negative SEO them (or their pbn) - bit harsh though
    4) build your own pbn

    If you don't want to use PBN by yourself then hire someone to do it for you.

    Well If you are on complete whitehat they do not worry your competitor wont last more than a few months since if you can find their PBNs then so does google.
