Google has removed my homepage from their index?

Very strangely Google has removed the homepage of my website from their index (they seem to show all the other pages). I did make some changes to some of my pages last week and can't see any manual actions or crawl errors in Google Search Console. I was listing quite high, and now the homepage does not list at all, even when I search the URL in Google? Very strange, anyone knows what this could be?

It is already indexed by Google. Try this search term to find out, how many your web pages are indexed in google.

Search Term - site 'https://www.ubie.co.uk'

Actually to search to see if it is indexed you need a colon after the word site and before the url
