Is this keyword stuffing?

I am coming up with url structure for travel site. I want it to be SEO friendly and represent geographical hierarchy of destinations as well as site structure we will launch with.

Here is a hypothetical scenario url:

example.com/vacation-packages/uk-tours/england-tours/

would having "tours" in their twice be a problem?

    Actually the URL structure you want to use is Good. But I would not repeat the same content again and again the URL. Why? Well, Google is much smart. It thinks like a human or at least the owner of Google is trying to make the Google as close as possible to think like human. So make the URL structure human friendly to get ranked. It is also true for your website content.

    Geo targeting gives you option to create hundreds of pages easily. And the good news is, those pages get ranked too quickly. The draw back is, if you bounce rate is too high, you will loose ranking very easily. So again, the content comes first. Your content should be top class to stay on the top position. Otherwise all of your works will not do any good for you.

    I think you are mistaking urls and keyword stuffing.

    Just more evidence of a guy who heard a guy who knew a guy...

    Do you people ever actually learn before doing?

    Or you just think "if I build it they will come.."?

    Nobody should ever ask this question.

    It would be like a major league ball player asking, "Can I use a mitt when I play shortstop?"

      What are you talking about and why be so condescending? I'm not confusing anything. I know what keyword stuffing is but you can also keyword stuff in the url. I was asking for feedback, not criticism.
