Fresh linking on new PBN sites

Hi

Quick question that I can't seem to find a definitive answer for: After purchasing and setting up my new purchased sites, how long should I wait before posting links back to my money site? I've posted fresh content and I'm guessing I should wait for them to be indexed but some people say straight away is fine, others say wait a few weeks?

      My thoughts exactly but as a noob I want to check. I read a popular blog that stated the optimum time to post was 30 days after indexing?
