Site's traffic decline by 60% overnight. Please help

Hello everyone,

Since 20th September 2017, my site's traffic has declined steadily by 60%. The site is authoritative and has only seen upwards growth for last 3-4 years of its existence. We have never had any issue with Google ranking, we produce quality content regularly and has never done any SEO on the site, beside the natural links we received.

We are infinitely grateful to Google for its services, for sending us traffic and helping monetize the site. We truly are.

Everything was alright, but then, since 20th September, our site's traffic has suddenly started declining. No, nothing major has been done on our side this month, no theme changes or Google policy infringements. None.

Could anyone please help us determine what's wrong? If this is some update hurting us, why did not us for the last 4 years? If this is manual, why we received no manual actions notification in Webmaster Tools. Please, someone, help us. You can check the site here: http://softstribe.com

    Im not an SEO, but I'll ask you some of the questions an SEO will normally ask to see if we can uncover anything obvious..

    1. Is your content copied from anywhere or written specifically for your site?
    2. Have you ever bought links and if so, how many?
    3. Have you made any changes to your sitemaps in the last month or so or any other big site changes?
    4. Have you changed hosting providers, done anything with domains i.e. ownership
    5. Are you able to pinpoint which pages are losing traffic on your site?

      No hosting change, no paid links. The content is written by ourselves, no plagiarism at all. Made no changes on sitemaps either. Like I said, this is completely sudden and unexpected.

    There has been a lot of changes in the google's algorithm. And its been only a week. So, my guess is that you will have to wait. And which pages exactly are you losing traffic? Are you sure that your competitors are not outranking you by any means in terms of backlinks or content?

    There's no quality content anywhere on that site. End of story.

    In the last month, google has quietly cracked down sites stuff like that.

    With everything going on in this country, not many people have time for much any more. I might suggest just changing up content and trying to set up more ads somewhere, especially through social media.

    There are lots of factors that may affect your website's decreased of traffic and you will need to track down the cause not to speculate anything else in which really not helping you in the first place. Make a website audit and optimize your pages.
