Web 2.0 Properties

I have a whole bunch of Web 2.0 properties that need indexed rather quickly. I'm assuming that Sig Links help - but they seem like they take a long time. I used pingomatic last night for two properties - we'll see what happens there.

Just wondering if you guys know of a way to or have done in the past when getting articles and Web 2.0 properties (like Vox) indexed in a week or so?

  • Try social bookmarking
  • you can use digg and any other socialbookmark sites for quick backlinks

    • Plus, submit RSS feeds to RSS feed directories.

  • If you want all the major Search Engines to index your blog/site, the easiest way to do it is to show them you're "well connected", in other words get a link back from established blogs/sites. This works almost always and your blog should be indexed in less than a day.
  • I would:

    - Social bookmark the Web 2.0 properties
    - Use "pingler" to ping the URLs

  • Try out social bookmarking. Social bookmarking is visible to search engines in 8-10 days. I have tried it. I work on link building through web 2.0 properties and then bookmark them.
  • Social networking sites like Vox, Xanga, Webs, LiveJournal and some others are indexed real quick and bookmarking sites as well. You can even build mini nets with these Web 2.0 sites if you want to.

    • Yes GonJay, I have tried 35+ high PR web 2.0 sites for most of my client..and I see they index very fast.
  • just build a few links on some busy websites and it will get you indexed in no time!
  • go to alexa.com and search for your url. It will not show up but I bet it's indexed in 24 hours after that.
