Hello everyone!

I need help regarding this strategy we all love or hate: Email Outreach. I haven't done this since 2012 (when I joined WF) I would like to know what are the latest strategies or suggestions you can share to me from prospecting, creating an email (template) and how to approach. Also what is the best tool to get leads and use for email outreach that you can suggest.

Thank you all in advance.

Jool

To be honest for the average webmaster you need something to attract a partnership when doing outreach. Its taken years for me to develop relationships and why most SEOs can charge for outreach.

First, focus on the title and body of your email this will serve as a trigger to convince your prospect/s to make an action. This will require an study and analysis on how to provide a new, interesting and beneficial content email for your users in which never been offered elsewhere.

Google Don't check Meta keyword so take your keyword on Title or description.

First of all you have to find e mail ID's of your potential clients. Use hunter. It will give you all the email ID's of that perticular site's owner.
Write a perfect pitch related to your nitch.
Create a subject line that will make your customers open and read the mail you sent. Use mail tracker to know someone have opened your mail so that you can send them a follow up mail after ords.
And keep in mind you have to send this email to a huge number of potential client.

You should collect email id's first to which you want to offer your services after that you should create a mail that should be attractive and having all your services clearly descriptive and then send your mail to these mail IDs

    SEO EXECUTION STRATEGY:
    15% Main Keywords
40-45% LSI (8-10 Types of LSI)
    Rest - Naked URLs/Branded Names
    Drip Feed

TYPES OF ANCHOR TEXTS YOU SHOULD USE:

    Exact-Match
Anchor text is "exact match" if it includes a keyword that mirrors the page that is being linked to. For example: 'link building' linking to a page about link building.

    Partial-Match
Anchor text that includes a variation of the keyword on the linked-to page. For example: 'link building strategies' linking to a page about link building.

    Branded
A brand name used as anchor text. For example: 'BHW' linking to an article on the BHW Forum.

    Naked Link
A URL that is used as an anchor 'www.abcde.com' is a naked link anchor.

    Generic
A generic word or phrase that is used as the anchor. "Click here" or "Read more" is a common generic anchor.

    Images
Whenever an image is linked, Google will use the text contained in the image's alt attribute as the anchor text.

    Hope that helps.

Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help.

    Sincerely,
    Steve
