Does paid traffic affect on my seo ranking ?

Short answer is NO.

Search engines can't measure what they don't see, and paid traffic doesn't come through the search engines.

If you can increase your site Back link by anyway, your SEO rank will increase. You can do Forum Posting, Article Submission, Book marking & so on.

Backlinks are good are SEO ranking.

Paid traffic doesn't work for SEO, because one of the website I am promoting for paid traffic I not seen any ranking difference till today.

I do think that Google Adwords ads can have a positive impact on how much revenue your good organic rankings produce. In terms of dominating Page 1 results, if you have good organic ranking (say, in the top 5) and you also have excellent paid placement (in the top 3 od paid ads), and you are ranking for images, and you are ranking for videos, and you are ranking in Google shopping....all of this is going to have a collective effect.

If you have that kind of presence, you are bound to gain aggregate value for your organic listings because, if you are marketing well, your traffic will go up, click-through rate will go up and your conversion rate will go up. I firmly believe that if you are improving those things, your rankings will improve also.

That being said, PPC, if it's really well done, can augment your results and could possibly have a residual effect that does benefit your SEO

One other consideration is that any advertising you do, whether it's PPC or print or radio or TV ads, it augments Direct traffic. Direct traffic, in my mind is the golden ticket. Anyone directly typing your URL into their search bar is already your friend. If you can increase your direct traffic pool via PPC, then it's worth every penny.

I think some people are missing the point of your question. You were asking about buying traffic from another website (not Google) and wondering if doing that would affect your rankings.

If the other website is doing what it should, and is putting the no-follow tag on your link, then it should not affect your ranking up or down. If, however, they are not putting a no-follow on the link, one of two things could happen:

1) You get some degree of a rankings boost because you got a relevant backlink that Google does not realize you paid for.

2) You get a penalty from Google because they suspect that you have paid for the link.

If your website is full of original articles you will avoid duplicate content penalties, also increasing rankings.

1- search engines dont recognise or consider the paid traffic.

2- it depends on that what type of paid traffic you are buying, eg. If you are buying banner ad or sponsored ad link then it will be a plus for your website but if the paid traffic is through software or any non-manual activity then it would not help.

3- also, sometimes paid traffic does not show in your google analytics too.
