How to increase sales of my eCommerce

I am running online furniture business in metro city. I Hired SEO team and PPC team as well they are doing work on my website since last one and half year but till now i am not getting any one sales of my any one product.
We are getting good clicks through PPC and also getting few organic traffic through SEO, but i am not understanding why i am not getting sales of my product. If any one have knowledge so please share with me.

    There may be an issue that you are not doing SEO & PPC on your service related keywords, Do keyword research & find good quality keywords & optimize your PPC Campaign

    Also check your site step by step as a visitor & try to find out issues.
