PBN valuation

Hi.
I own two 100 site PBN's. After cutting down on number of money sites, i dont need both of them.
So i have decided to sell one of them. My problem is that i dont really know a good way to put a price tag on it, or where to sell or how to sell it.
So i wanted to ask for some advice here.
What is the main things i need to be looking at when valuating the PBN?
Where is the best place to sell something like this?
Does it exist some sort of broker service for this somewhere?
I am willing to pay someone professional to handle the sale for me.

- 6 months old
