I recently had some offpage SEO done for my website which included web 2.0 & Social bookmarking.

I received a completion report, with all the links but how do I tell what's been indexed & what hasn't?

Basically, before I move forward with more optimization I'd like to know what kind results we are getting.

My website didn't rank anywhere the top 50 pages on google before the Web 2.0 SEO Is there a program or a way to show me where my site ranks for my keywords now?

Thanks in advance.

If the report is correct and all the links were submitted and done in favor of your, I think you have the wrong keywords, or your backlinks have low quality..

Sorry, don't think I was clear in my post. My site didn't rank in the first 50 pages BEFORE the web 2.0 & social bookmarking. Now that It's completed, I know it will take a while for all the bookmarks to raise my rank, but is there a program or a way to where my site ranks.

Well, first, it's important to note that there is a difference between your site being "indexed", and your site being "ranked" in the organic search engine listings for a given keyword.

In regards to being indexed, I wouldn't worry about that at all, as if it's ranked, it will be indexed.

One of the things about SEO is that it takes time.

However, there are several factors that come into play when seeing why your site is or isn't ranked for a given keyword.

We need more info such as the keywords and your website URL, and the details of what linking was done before we can really answer your question.

However, I will tell you that you shouldn't expect your rankings to increase from some social bookmarking and web 2.0 link building. (Unless they are longer tail low competition keywords.)

The key to SEO is consistency. In other words, having a link building campaign being done every single week, and every single month.

Don't waste anymore money on SEO reports. Just pay for the actual SEO work! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the rankings!

Thanks for the input. It's appreciated. While I don't expect the moon from one campaign I keep reading here that web 2.0, article writing & submission, and bookmarking is the way to go.

I basically wanted to know if there was a way to guage the movement made from SEO efforts, other than searching google using my keywords?

Yes. I would recommend using a rank checking tool. Traffic Travis is a pretty good one.

The only problem I see with your campaign is that it's a one time thing. I'd really recommend having it done every week, at least every month. Conssistency is the key.

Try a tool called SheerSEO, it's paid but has a three-month trial. The reports there are delivered weekly.
