It can take a long, long time to build up traffic. Especially if your only effort is in writing blog posts (which is good!). Make sure you write useful/interesting/funny/informative posts. Make it so your visitors will want to come back for more. Be honest with yourself; if you wouldn't want to read your posts, why would a visitor?

You should also take advantage of social media platforms. Visit other blogs that are heavily engaged by the blogger, and comment regularly. Hopefully those visitors will like your blog as well.

    Keep writing. That is critical.

It seems that your writing is not that good because it doesn't reach the target audience or they are not interested. Try to establish first.

First of all, as you mentioned that you post everyday on your blogger site. Is it for the sole purpose of traffic that you are doing so? If yes then keep in mind that this much publishing frequency is of no use if users are not interested in reading it. Say if you publish blog twice a week is also okay if you have something interesting to offer to readers.

Second thing, for traffic, social media is a great way to divert traffic to any other source by employing effective marketing tactic. Give it a try!

You should try affiliate marketing. It's easier to earn this way than with adsense. At least in my experience.

Search on google best affiliate programs. Write reviews on posts about them and affiliate links. Join Hostgator, shareshale, amazon, clickbank, Grammerly, SEMRush tool, etc. People are earning some decent from these affiliate programs

First you have mention to which category your website belongs to, and what tasks and activites your doing in order to reach your audiences. Based on many other ethical pratices we can understand the issue.

No, you should not try affiliate marketing. You'll have the same problem, namely, you don't know how to drive traffic to your web pages. Learn how to do that, drive traffic, interested traffic.

You need to build sitemap and submit it to Google Webmaster, you need to make sure it is always available to feed Google Bot. This is very important to build organic traffic

According to my opinion, you first write a blog and share it in social media channels like facebook, twitter, linkedin, google plus. Check google analytics for getting ideas about traffic.

Submit all of your pages to the Google index - for free. Also, I can suggest you not to only post on your website, try to make it on social media, some forums, blogs, to try to generate an extra traffic.

As a blogger myself I agree that it will take a while to get traffic. I start to get some traction but I am nowhere near where I want to be.

As an advice I say focus on traffic first, not making money. You need to do keyword research and write content that people actually want to read. When you have enough traffic you can focus on making money.

Just by writing your blog will not get any traffic.
You need to create back links
You need to syndicate your content
    You need to bookmark
You need to promote your blog and content through various sources
You need to share your content in social media
Leave block comments in other blogs and get trackbacks
You need to be active in blogger community
You need to use email marketing to intimate your post updates

First off what are you doing to increase your traffic? Traffic does not just happen by magic, even if you have the best content in the world nobody is going to know about it unless you find ways to tell them.

80% of your time an energy should be spent promoting your site and 20% writing content.

    Social Media
    SEO and ranking
    Niche forums and blogs

Start working on at least two of the above things and track your traffic and where it is coming from so you know what is working and what is not. That allows you to focus on what works and cull out of your routine what does not.

I'd get off of Blogger, buy your domain and hosting, and build a reputable blog by owning your online real estate. This is step #1.

From there, guest posting and effective blog commenting would help boost your traffic. But as far as Adsense, you will not earn anything halfway decent until you drive heavy, targeted traffic on your blog. This takes months, to years.

As for guest posting, write 1000 words daily in a Word document. Just for practice. Then delete the document. This writing habit gives you clarity and confidence in your writing.
