What Kind of back links are suitable for my Real estate Website?

Hi,

I have a real estate website and I am looking for strategies & methods so that I can gain Google rankings as well as traffic to website. I am also learning SEO and seems good for any website.

I want to make sure everything correct to my website whether it's related to On-Page SEO or OFF-Page SEO. Please help me to solve my issues.

What kind of link building required for real estate website? What methods should I follow, content strategy, etc. I want to know everything before I start work on my website.

    Thanks for your kind reply. I think this is time consuming process and will take long time to create good quality back link. I am busy at my work and not able to spend too much time on website SEO. I am also searching for good SEO's to perform on my website.

    Brian Dean lists a ton of ways to get high quality links on his Backlinko Blog.

    Please refrain from doing almost all of the things Aish Sidhu suggested. They won't do a thing to help you rank and will more likely harm any chance you have of ever ranking. The only one that works out of his list is guest blogging when done correctly.

    You want to get links from sites that are somewhat related to yours. In this case, there are a whole lot of related niches - home decorating, architecture, construction, mortgage financing and home improvement, to name a few.

    Do you know how to do SEO? as you said you want to know everything before you start work on your website, i think you dont know SEO. i advice you to hire a person or a company to do SEO for your site. it will be beneficial for your company. because no one can learn SEO overnight. and even if you started doing it, your mistakes will harm your SEO ranking.


    now back to your question,
    first, make On-site changes
    then On page SEO
    OFF page SEO.

    when you do Off-page SEO, try to work on your relevant sites. it will give you more traffic which will be relevant.

      I disagree. I would NEVER hire a company to do SEO for me if I didn't already know the basics. You're just setting yourself up to be ripped off by the hundreds, if not thousands, of wannabe SEO companies that have no clue what they are really doing and could cause more harm than they do good. Until you know how to do SEO - even if you don't have time for it - you'll never know if the company you hired is creating junk links and implementing SEO tactics that have been worthless for a decade, as so many are.

        there may b companies who don't know much about SEO but there are few who give you guaranteed results within 4-6 months. And if you don't want to hire SEO company you can take advice from experts.
        i advise you to hire company because if you don't know how to perform SEO activities and if you implemented them wrong on your site google may penalize your site. that will harm your ranking and everything.

          Any company that "guarantees results in 4-6 months" is a company to be very wary of.

          Take a very good look at that guarantee and what results they are guaranteeing. They are often very vaguely worded, promising things like "rank #1" (not necessarily that you will rank #1 for the phrase you are targeting). And, what is the "or else" portion of the promise? Often, it is that you don't have to keep paying until they get you the promised results - something they will try very little to do now that they are not collecting money from you anymore.

          No respectable SEO company will ever guarantee a ranking position - at least for the targeted phrases you want. They may guarantee an increase in traffic or ranking improvements but beyond that, be very suspicious.
