    2. Bad UX.
    3. Pop ups appearing multiple times (for email subscriptions and so..)
    4. Not resposive.

    All above 4 points will make a user not to even care to further browse your site which result is increased bounce rates.

    A lot of things can affect bounce rate of your website:
    1. User Experience
    2. Mobile Friendliness
    3. Useful Content
    4. Page Speed
    5. Irrelevant Tags and Description
    6. Backlink relevancy
    7. Broken pages
    8. Broken backlinks
    9. Too many Ads/Popups

    There are many more reasons that can cause people from bouncing out of your website. Make your website useful to the visitors instead of forcing some content on them. People get out of the website as soon as they realize the website isn't going to be of any use for them.

    Poor user experience. Don't put unnecessary pop-ups.
    Content should be qualitative, clear and readable
    Call to action options only where required

    The first thing may be content. There can be much more reasons behind it like maybe the user is seeking some other information but reach your site. Non-relevancy, bad load speed and the big thing your site is not responsive.
