Amazon affiliates quality compliance review - Sherlock Clicks?!

Well, in all the years I have been "doing Amazon" I have never had this before - a visit to my site from this referrer:

It looks very much like a manual review. My site is a kind of price comparison site. Anyone else had this? I would hope everything is OK - have try to ensure compliance with TOS but you never know with these things.

      I didn't mean you could visit the link - it's obviously an internal domain used by Amazon staff/contractors to do manual reviews of affiliate sites, or something like that (I also use Amazon web services), it wouldn't be accessible to us.
