Health & Fitness Niche Do-Follow Back-links Suggestions

I'm into eCommerce and run vitamins business online from last 3 years. And i am working to improved SERP in google and bing. On recent SEO report of my site i noticed i have just 20% do-follow back-links.

I'm wondering if you guys can share good and white hat SEO strategy to build do-follow. Also as my eCommerce store in business from 3 years, is it good to do some Press Release Submission ? If yes then which one is best you used and seen postie results?

Also, if anyone of you have blog or website in Health & Fitness, weight loss niche please PM, we can defiantly health each other with some guest post and do-follow link exchange.

    First of all, the ratio of do-follow links to no-follow links arn't cared by the search engines.

    And if you do want to build do-follow links then try guest posting, broken link building or customized PBN's.

    You can find people with PBNs, with specific niches, on Fiverr, Facebook, Google+, and SEOClerks, along with some here.

    It's important that the sites are not sharing IPs, or better yet, are on different hosts (or close to it).
