Where is it possible to get a good full time backlinker from?

I have tried many backlinking services and I have employed people in the past but they send me 10 minutes worth of work, where is it possible to find someone full time that works hard and delivers good work, without having to ask them all day?

I see people by the hour and I see companies advertising, but i need someone or a company that i can trust.

    Most people will probably look down on this answer but..... Fiverr. I've hired one of my full time guys from him creating backlinks for me off fiverr and I could see the quality of his work.

    Additionally konker.io is in my opinion the best site for ANYTHING seo related.

      The "Some people" who would disagree with you is just about ANY good SEO.

      Claiming you got quality SEO work with fiverr is like saying you got a premium gourmet meal buying a Happy meal at McDonald's

    The problem is 95 out of 100 people looking for "backlinking services" are getting what they deserve based on the price they want to pay for it.

    They are the same people who cry and whine when they find good services because its more money and should be obviously.

    I might be wrong but I am going to bet based on experience you want a full time backlinker but want to pay a part time minimum salary.

    It comes down to a few things.
    1. Are you knowledgeable in the field
    2. Are you ready to train someone.

    It takes effort to get good employees. Then you need to train them.

    If you're willing to do that then Upwork is a great place to find talent. I've found designers, marketers, and everything in between on the platform.

    My only prerequisite is a strong work ethic, good English ability, and the willingness to learn and take constructive criticism.

    What works for me is to hire a worker (or secreary) in Picoworkers.com - Ongoing Jobs section. I hire people for backlinks (1-2 backlinks per day) and to create simple one-page websites. It works pretty well. Note that you must post a job, then review applicants (message them if you want to) and yet then hire one you like most.
