Local SEO: Two domain with same address

What to do if two domains with same map address, phone and email id. I am working with a client who has two sites one with brand name and 2nd EMD, as we know local citation play a crucial role in local SEO but i can't list EMD domain because main domain already listed with that address which is on EMD domain. Plz, let me what to do in this situation.
