I started new site with new unique domain since 7 months ago

I focused only on quality and fresh daily content in the first 3 months and the results weren't good at all
expect some long tail keywords with very little traffic to zero traffic and only one medium keyword with good traffic on the first page.

so, i switched to SSL then my site started to lose all long tail keywords daily with an incredible drop.
i checked everything twice and hired 3 professional freelancers to check SSL setup and everything is perfect.

P.S: The hosting service provider installed Let's Encryptâ„¢ plugin on my server which makes my site had valid CA-signed SSL certificates.

The strange thing is, my site keep increasing in Bing and Yahoo ranking but losing Google rank
then i started to build quality backlinks from high authoritative domains by major methods (PBN, Blog comments, User profile and social bookmark) then boost the site with high-quality social shares using drip feed.

All backlinks used the following anchor text guide:

Branded Anchor Text: 70%
Naked Links: 20%
Generic Anchors: 5%
LSI, Partial Match Anchors: 1-5%
Exact Match Anchors Text: Less Than 1%

After one month i started to build backlinks to my deep important pages as the following:

Exact Match Anchors Text: 20%
Page Title Anchors: 25%
Keyword Plus Anchors: 20%
Brand + Keyword Anchor: 15%
Generic Anchors: 20%

But no change at all, actually i keep losing ranking daily very badly and the craziest thing is i keep getting a rank increase in Bing and i got first 3 spots in many medium and high competitive keywords.

I put a huge effort on my site daily especially in on-page optimization and page speed enhancement.

There are some people said that's because my domain is new and its affected by Sandbox but i don't believe it because my domain is more than 6 months and really worth the rank.

VIP Note:
Since 4 months i found 2 domains mirroring my site by a proxy (one of them was porn site before)
and i killed them by PHP programmer

and another old spammy domain redirects to my site and i also killed that redirect (which cost me a lot)

Was that the problem of not get ranking in Google?

Any help will be highly appreciated, Thanks.

Most likely "Blog comments, User profile and social bookmark" don't count for much, if anything, even if they are 'dofollow'. Although you may get some traffic, which counts for a little.

I noticed that you have a ton of crawl errors. Did you make some significant changes to your site design?
    Is your site mobile-friendly?
Is your site load speed over 1.5 seconds load time?

I'd look closely at the onpage SEO.

      * I diversity the anchor text to be 60% dofollow and the rest nofollow
      * crawl errors in Bing was because of yoast xml sitemap and i fixed since 4 months, this is very old error but still displayed
      * Yes, my site is completely 100% mobile-friendly
      * My site is loading fast on all devices, made a lot of enhancement and test it a lot
      * On-page already optimized carefully each month

I disavow more than 30 spam domains and backlinks found in ahref report since one month

      Thanks for your reply

Even if you are doing everything "right" there's still the possibility that your competition simply does it better. What has changed with respect to your competition?

If you are doing well in Bing then Google will turn up eventually. Sometimes Google takes some time after these kind of updates.

I agree. These kind of links don't get counted. And also if google gets much crawl error then its bad. So, check these things first.

Build quality links to your site that what gets counted. Have you tried link building techniques such as guest posting, broken link building or customized PBN links??

Crawl error already fixed 3 months ago

Yes, i did some good PBN backlinks with high DA PA with unique content as well as guest posts but i never tried broken link method

i disavow more than spam 300 domains and backlinks found in ahref report since one month, will be that the issue of not ranking ?

I agree with the last part - none of those links (except the PBNs until/unless they have been discovered) are quality and are worthless for SEO with Google.

Bing/Yahoo does value social links and they tell you in their webmaster guidelines that social networking signals are part of their algorithm. Bing/Yahoo also does a much poorer job distinguishing between easy links that you can place yourself and real links that had some editorial oversight, so cruddy links hold more value with Bing/Yahoo.

That is why you are ranking well in Bing/Yahoo. It's also why they don't have a very good market share. Their algorithm is too easy to game, leading to poorer search results.

I would not count on Google eventually catching up to Bing/Yahoo and ranking your site. It's the other way around. The Bing/Yahoo algorithm will eventually catch up to Google's and cause your site to fall.

The links you are focusing on are pretty low quality.

boost the site with high-quality social shares using drip feed.
If you are drip feeding them, they are not natural and are certainly not "high-quality social shares". Not that social shares help with rankings, but it sounds like automated crap.

I'd imagine the rest of your link building activities are pretty similar.

I'd give up on that anchor text percentage nonsense too. Why in the world would anyone actively go after "naked" URL links? Outside of directories, real sites almost never link to one another that way.

Why are you actively trying to build 40% of your links as nofollow? That is a total waste of time.

Try improving the user engagement and the time users spend on your site. Having a quiz sort of thing may help

    @ dave_hermansen: Yes, i did a good PBN links from 75+DA
I don't think that i made poor or useless backlinks because i choose the domains carefully
expect the spam links that i disavow before

@ tritrain: I spent more than 7 days studying my competitors and found that they better than me in two points only
    1- Domain age
2- Huge number of backlinks especially blog comments

    @ MikeFriedman:
    * if i focus only on PBN, it will be looking spam that's why i am doing on many kinds of backlinks
    * that's my first time to hear that "social shares won't help to rank"
    * most of the time backlinks are nofollow because i keep focus on relevant site niche and they don't offer dofollow
    * regarding "anchor text percentage" check this

@ snehil kamal: how to increase the user time spend on the site
i made everything possible to make my article attractive and engagement

    Do you have special tips?

"I focused only on quality and fresh daily content" - Perhaps a silly question, but are you creating original, actionable content? What is your actual engagement? Is anyone clipping you on flipbook or tweeting/facebooking your content (the kind of signals that indicate quality content)? Anyone commenting? Are you aiming for at least one featured snippet/position 0 post?

The domain is still new regardless of 7 months old.
We consider fresh and quality content in the website pages but are these content really engage your target audience?
Google is too far different from Yahoo and Bing in terms of algorithm so that's the reason its too easy to rank in Yahoo and Bing.
Its tough to use diversity tactics in building links but are those injected links to the authority sites really engage with the audience? Does your link reach your target users. Consider engagement over links.

You did a huge analysis and that's great.
But I wouldn't forget that your domain is too young. Maybe, that is the main reason, if not the only reason.
