    Are you talking about keywords banned by Google Adwords
    (old news) or used by algo to generate SERP results?

    Keywords is not banned by google. Its there changed SERP by google. Understand competitors activity, google changes.

    I'm assuming that you mean such keyword phrases as "smoking accessories". Do a search and you'll find results. It may be difficult, because of the competition, to rank for certain keywords, but it doesn't mean that anything was "banned".
