Does Google consider this Keyword Cannibalization?

So, I was looking around on my Search Console and, for whatever reason, I realized one thing.
Imagine that I have a post which main keyword that's also included on the URL is "Best running shoes"
Now, every media file (images) that I upload on my Wordpress in order to add them on the posts, have the title name as "best running shoe xxx".
So, now that image file has an URL too, which is almost identical as the post URL. So I was wondering if this could be bad for my SEO.
