Are Redirect PHP Links Created on Third Party Sites Valid Links for SEO

I recently purchased a cloud based software that can create redirect backlinks on third party sites many of which have decent Page Authority and Domain Rank. I have about 4-5 days left before the unconditional refund period expires.

Does anyone know whether these links are good or bad for SEO?

To give you an example of the types of links it creates I am listing some links I just created for my Meryl Streep movies site:

http://sfwater.org/redirect.aspx?url...reepmovies.com
http://tierforum.halle17.de/redir.ph...reepmovies.com
http://eng.b2club.ru/buyticket/conce...reepmovies.com

(too many links - some removed by mod)

Those links are complete and utter trash.

Looks like it is just creating profile links on sites that give people a warning before following a link to an external site. I don't care what kind of BS the sales page is trying to feed you. The links are created on pages with zero authority. None.
