How to solve index coverage issue ?? google says i had blocked some url by putting it in Robot.txt but when I check my robot.txt file in webmaster there was not such URL mention

  • Post the content of your robots.txt file here and someone will probably be able to answer it for you.
  • Are you sure that your robots.txt file has no issues? Get it checked or post it here as previously suggested.
  • Recheck your robots.txt to ensure that you have not blocked any important URL, also check on whether you have allowed the crawlers to index the links or blocked any specific crawlers to index the links.
  • We've had Google report some pages and some images were blocked by robots.txt when they were not. The next crawl, the problem went away all by itself. I think sometimes there are glitches due to some sort of extremely brief network outage or something (maybe on their end, maybe on ours). Not really sure why.

    Of course, to be sure, do as others have suggested and post you robots.txt file here.
