hello everyone!
as a newbie, I started working on best keywords for my published articles (i should start with the keywords, I know !), for each article I use between 3 and 5 keywords, some of them goes on the title, headings, meta-title, meta-description and some keywords goes on the regular text. My website has a low DA, for now, I'm targeting long tail keywords, I was wondering what can I do more or better to enhance my keywords ?

    • For one article use 1 keyword, so that bot can understand, for what you are writing.
    • Go for Google Keyword Tool to find right keywords
    • Create quality links with keyword anchor text

Even if we use 2-3 keywords in the single article, we can use the primary keyword more than 1 times to let the Crawler know about our primary keyword.

Put your keywords in general tags of your page along with the alternative ones. And don't care about DA, its a third party metrics so it doesn't effect the SERP's.

For best results focus on 1 long tail keyword per article and use that ideally in your article headline and at least 3 times in the body of the article.

Using several different keywords per article greatly hides and decreases the SEO value you can get from the main long tail keyword of the article.

As you continue to write articles focusing on one specific keyword at a time you will have a collection of articles about a specific subject that will attract the readers to see the messages (or sales) you want to convey on your website (or blog).

Don't forget to add your keywords (minus stop words) to the URL. Of course, you'll need to setup a redirect for any existing articles to the new URL.

Having keywords in the URL is still very powerful, just don't go overboard. If you're doing long-tail, keep your URL's to 5-7 words max.

For an article you shouldn't use more than one keyword otherwise search engine can take it as a spam. On these days people are used to use short keywords, so you can use short and long tail keywords where it needed. For get a better result you should research more on your desired keyword this can give you a better result.

Most times I don't know what people in this forum are talking about anymore. Its like a part of the earth that doesn't know the present real world.

Write a solid on point article/content. There is no rule to use one keyword as related words are a standard part of good writing and even a part of LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing).

    Latent Semantic Indexing

What you shouldn't be doing is stuffing any keword multiple times just to increase your "density".

You can use two keywords for an article.
Most of the time, i see seo expert use a single keyword for rank any keyword.

You should have one primary keyword. Then provide long-tail keywords that are related to your primary keyword and content. How many times you mention the primary keyword depends on the number of words one article contains. I hope this helps.
